How to Delete Your Account

Send Email or Create Support Ticket

Choose one of the following options to request account deletion:

Include Your Information

Please include the following in your email:

  • Your registered email address
  • Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  • Reason for deletion (optional)

Verification & Confirmation

Our team will verify your identity and process your request within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

What Data Gets Deleted

Data That Will Be Deleted

  • Your personal profile information (name, email, location)
  • Your order history and preferences
  • Saved addresses and payment methods
  • Account credentials and authentication data
  • Communication preferences and notification settings

Data That May Be Retained

  • Transaction records for legal and accounting purposes (anonymized after 7 years)
  • Aggregate, anonymized data used for analytics and reporting
  • Backup copies retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion

Data Retention Period

Immediate Deletion: Most of your personal data is deleted immediately upon request processing.

Backup Retention: Backup copies containing your data may remain in our systems for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.

Legal Requirements: Transaction records and anonymized financial data may be retained for 7 years to comply with Omani tax and accounting regulations.
